SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
We ship our orders from within the EU. Parcels to other EU/EEA countries are not subject to customs or duty fees under the EU single market rules. However, it is your responsibility to comply with the relevant legislation of your country regarding the import and possession of peptides, and to notify us of any restrictions before placing an order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Once your package is in transit, our courier partners will update your tracking information accordingly.
Estimated delivery times depend on your country and the delivery service selected. EU orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days. Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment partner, we have no control over carrier delays and cannot guarantee an exact date of arrival. Delivery costs depend on the method chosen and will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
If delivery fails because:
You have provided an address where the Goods cannot be delivered according to the legal regulations of that country.
Delivery is not possible due to non-compliance with customs conditions (including seizure of Goods by customs or other authorities), or.
- Delivery fails for reasons on your part (e.g. incorrect address, failure to collect within the holding period, refusal of acceptance, etc.).
We will not resend the shipment unless expressly agreed otherwise. In such cases, we will refund the purchase price after deducting the costs of delivery and return.
Returns
Please note that Goods may only be returned if they are defective (in which case, please refer to Article 8 of our Terms and Conditions — “Defects and Claims”). Even in such cases, you must not return Goods at your own discretion without our prior written instruction. Due to the specific and temperature-sensitive nature of our products, Goods may be damaged or devalued during unsanctioned return shipments. If you send Goods back without our prior instruction, you will be liable for any damage incurred.
